President Donald Trump shut down the Conservative Political Action Committee Saturday with a meandering speech that roasted his predecessor, Joe Biden — and bragged of liberating the United States.

The official White House Twitter account followed up by posting video celebrating that Trump performed his “iconic” dance.

Speaking at the end of the four-day CPAC event, Trump weaved through multiple of his favorite topics — including the size of his election victory, his victimization at the hands of a weaponized government, the plight of January 6 prisoners and the mental capacity of Biden. The speech was described by the Independent news site as "meandering."

He was met by an ecstatic crowd, including many Jan. 6 prisoners whom he pardoned.

“We're liberating our country right now. We're doing all these things that you're reading about. We're liberating our country,” he said.

He then turned to Biden with a profanity-laced attack.

“Every single thing he touched turned to s–t, okay? Everything. It’s true.”

He added that former President Jimmy Carter — a lifelong Democrat who voted for Kamala Harris before dying last year — “passed away a happy man” because he saw Trump return to power.

He also heaped praise on a list of right-wing leaders, including Argentinian president Javier Milei, Spanish Vox party leader Santiago Abascal, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Polish President Andrzej Duda.

He then spoke of the war in Ukraine, saying America’s goal in negotiations was to “get the money back.”

The White House followed the speech with a tweet on X celebrated Trump dancing on stage.

“The iconic Trump Dance, known around the World, makes a legendary appearance at CPAC,” it stated.
